Tomato Mozzarella Salad
1 package cherry tomatoes
5 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste (I used about ¼ tsp salt and a dash of pepper)
What to do:
- Cut tomatoes into halves or quarters, depending on size. Combine tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Combine olive oil and seasonings. Toss tomatoes and mozzarella with olive oil dressing.
And, it’s that easy! Serve with sliced Italian bread, garlic bread, etc. I recommend that you stick it in the fridge for a few hours, or over night to let the flavors really soak in, but it’s good right away if you don’t have time for that.
