You might notice some “repeat” meals from last week. That’s because I had more leftovers than I planned for, we ate out instead of in for our date, and we ate at my parents’ house one night for a Birthday cookout for my little sister. So, some meals got moved from last week to this week. We actually didn’t have goulash at all last week! lol.
Monday
Lunch: Simple Goulash
Dinner: Brown rice with veggies and chicken, tomato slices
Tuesday
Lunch: BLT sandwiches
Dinner: Chicken and Steak kabobs with grilled broccoli and cauliflower, tomato slices
Wednesday
Lunch: Picnic at the park after storytime (sandwiches with fruit)
Dinner: Spaghetti with salad and garlic bread
Thursday
Lunch: Tuna with Salad and Crackers
Dinner: Breaded pork chop with fried potatoes, green beans, tomato slices
Friday
Lunch: Baked potato with salad.
Dinner: Date night with hubby: $5 Little Ceasar’s Pizza and movie night at home.
Saturday
Lunch: Hamburger with fries and baked beans
Dinner: Homemade Calzones, salad
Sunday
Lunch: Quesadillas w/ chips and salsa
Dinner: Pasta salad with veggies, Grilled chicken, Corn
Some Snacks
Jolly Time Healthy Pop popcorn
Peanut butter and crackers
Fruit
Cheese
Veggies with ranch
Quaker mini rice snacks
