Our 5/12 Meal Plan

 

Monday
Lunch:  Brown Rice with Veggies, tomato slices
Dinner: Ranch Pasta Salad w/ grilled chicken strips and veggies.

Tuesday
Lunch:  Tuna with side salad and crackers
Dinner: Pork roast w/ potatoes, green beans, kraut, and corn

Wednesday
Lunch: Picnic at the park (our picnics always consist of lunchmeat sandwiches, chips, and fruit)
Dinner: BBQ chicken strips with broccoli and baked potato

Thursday
Lunch: Pork Stew (leftover pork and broth)
Dinner: Spaghetti with salad and garlic bread

Friday
Lunch:  Pork BBQ sandwiches (leftover pork roast)
Dinner:   Cheesy Chicken skillet with cheese & chive potatoes, homemade bread sticks and salad (date night at home)

Saturday
Lunch:  Leftover Buffet
Dinner:  Homemade Calzones

Sunday
Lunch:  Taco Salad (with “light” taco meat), served with tortilla chips
Dinner:  chicken parmesan strips, broccoli, cheesy Italian tomatoes with homemade bread
