Weekly Meal Plan (8/19)

 

Here is our weekly meal plan.  Some people have asked why I don’t plan breakfast, or what we do for breakfast.  We don’t all eat breakfast at the same time, and breakfast is an easier meal to do “on your own” so that’s kinda what we do, it’s the one meal a day where everyone chooses what they want.  We usually have eggs and toast, homemade muffins, oatmeal (lots of quick and easy variations), fruit and yogurt with homemade granola, cereal.  On the weekends we sometimes have a bigger family breakfast all together of pancakes, french toast, gravy and biscuits, etc.

Monday
Lunch: Leftovers
Supper: Cheesy Baked Chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies

Tuesday
Lunch: Tuna with salad and crackers
Supper: Hamburgers with fries and baked beans

Wednesday
Lunch: Picnic at the park after storytime
Supper: Chicken parmesan garlic bread

Thursday
Lunch: Leftover brown rice and veggies
Supper: Pork chop, fried potatoes, green beans

Friday-Sunday
We will be travelling back to my hometown for the weekend, staying with my parents, so I’m not sure what our meals will look like exactly.
