Weekly Meal Plan 1/13

Lunch: Leftovers/oyo 
Supper: Cornish Hens, mashed potatoes, mac & Cheese, green beans, corn, garlic-cheddar biscuits.

Lunch: Cheesy Potato Soup, w/ garlic cheddar biscuits
Supper: Chicken Pot Pie Casserole, with leftovers from our Sunday chicken meal

Lunch: Having a little brunch with my new friend, Jennifer Kennedy Dean, so probably a light lunch.
Supper: Leftover Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Lunch: Leftover Cheesy Potato Soup
Supper: Fellowship meal at church

Lunch: Salad w/ homemade croutons
Supper: Chili w/ grilled cheese sandwiches

Lunch: PB&J with fruit/veggies
Supper: Leftover chili

Lunch: Leftover Buffet
Supper: Pizza night for mommy and the boys.

Hubby will be traveling this week for work, and then when he gets back from that, he’s going to the other side of the state to work out some business w/ our old house (We have approval from the mortgage company to rent it, AND we have a renter…yay!) so the boys and I will be on our own from Wednesday through Sunday.

    I'm loving any recipe with the words "chicken pot pie" in it! :) Looking that up now! Wonder how it would be with crumbled cornbread on top? Hmmmm…. Have a great week!

      Thanks, Regina…I've made it with biscuit mix on top. I bet cornbread would be good as well. The stuffing mix was way better than I expected, because I'm usually not a fan of stuffing, but I love it in this recipe.
