Weekly Meal Plan 1/13

Lunch: Leftovers/oyo 
Supper: Cornish Hens, mashed potatoes, mac & Cheese, green beans, corn, garlic-cheddar biscuits.

Lunch: Cheesy Potato Soup, w/ garlic cheddar biscuits
Supper: Chicken Pot Pie Casserole, with leftovers from our Sunday chicken meal

Lunch: Having a little brunch with my new friend, Jennifer Kennedy Dean, so probably a light lunch.
Supper: Leftover Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

Lunch: Leftover Cheesy Potato Soup
Supper: Fellowship meal at church

Lunch: Salad w/ homemade croutons
Supper: Chili w/ grilled cheese sandwiches

Lunch: PB&J with fruit/veggies
Supper: Leftover chili

Lunch: Leftover Buffet
Supper: Pizza night for mommy and the boys.

Hubby will be traveling this week for work, and then when he gets back from that, he’s going to the other side of the state to work out some business w/ our old house (We have approval from the mortgage company to rent it, AND we have a renter…yay!) so the boys and I will be on our own from Wednesday through Sunday.

Weekly Meal Plan 9/24

In my quest to broaden our menu a bit, I stumbled across this site, which has a bunch of great lunch/picnic food ideas.

Lunch:  Leftover Beef Stew
Dinner:  Italian Chicken, penne in creamy tomato sauce, broccoli, homemade breadsticks.

Lunch:  Brown Rice w/ Veggies and tomato slices
Dinner:  Pork Chops with fried potatoes and green beans

Lunch:  Grilled chicken salad with homemade croutons
Dinner:  Spaghetti with salad and garlic bread

Lunch:  Ham Roll-ups with veggies
Dinner: Tacos

Lunch: Taco Salad (with leftover taco meat)
Dinner:  Cheesy chicken skillet with cheddar chive mashed potatoes, broccoli, and homemade breadsticks.

Lunch:  Sloppy Joe’s with Chips
Dinner:  Homemade Calzones

Lunch:   Loaded baked potato with salad
Dinner: Leftovers

4/23 Weekly Meal Plan

A few of my planned meals didn’t really happen last week, but I had some quick ideas on standby here so still no eating out except when hubby and I went out Friday night.  So, you may see some recycled meals on this plan.

Lunch:  BLT sandwhiches
Supper:  Homemade pizza (making extras for frozen pizzas)

Lunch:  tuna with salad and crackers
Supper:  Pork chops with fried potatoes, green beans, and tomato slices

Lunch: Picnic at the park after storytime
Supper: Simple goulash

Lunch:  loaded baked potatoes with salad
Supper:  Rice with chicken and veggies, tomato slices

Lunch:  Another picnic at the park
Supper:  cheesy skillet chicken w/ mashed potatoes, broccoli, and homemade garlic breadsticks

Lunch: Tacos
Supper: Spaghetti with salad and garlic bread

Lunch: ham and cheese paninis
Supper: Three cheese chicken penne, salad, homemade garlic breadsticks

Our Weekly Meal Plan

Lunch: Simple Goulash
Supper: Beef Roast w/ carrots, mashed potatoes, green beans, tomato slices

Lunch: Leftover beef roast, etc.
Supper: Breaded chicken salad w/ Homemade Croutons

Lunch: Beef stew with french bread (recipe coming)
Supper: Pork chop, fried potatoes, green beans, tomato slices

Lunch: Picnic at the park after storytime
Supper: Spaghetti w/ salad and garlic bread

Supper: Homemade Calzones

Lunch: Tuna with salad and crackers

Lunch:  Hamburgers, french fries, baked beans
Supper:  Chicken and dumplings, green beans

This week’s Meal Plan

Last week’s meal plan had more leftovers than I had anticipated, so a couple of my meals from the end of last week got moved to this week.

Lunch: Leftover meatloaf
Supper: Soup Beans and cornbread (Chad’s request)

Lunch: Tuna, salad, crackers
Supper:  Baked friend chicken

Lunch: Picnic at the park after storytime
Supper: Pork roast with veggies, corn, kraut

Lunch: Pork stew (made with leftover pork roast)
Supper: Breaded Chicken salad w/ homemade croutons (recipe tomorrow)

Lunch: tacos
Supper:  Date Night:  BBQ Ribs, baked potato, broccoli, homemade rolls

Lunch:  Hamburgers, fries, baked beans
Supper:  Homemade pizza (recipe to come afterwards)

Lunch: Crockpot rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, homemade rolls
Supper: Quesadillas

(leftover rotisserie chicken will be on the next week’s menu)
